YOUR DISHES RESTAURANT IN LLEIDA
Història del Pinot
Our history begins in 2015 in the city of Lleida, in the district of Balàfia, in a small place into the old siphon factory “La Flor de Vimbodí”. Here is where our path as restaurateurs will start, together with the family, customers and friends, we will evolve to the present day moving the small Pinot, in June 2017 to the centre of Lleida, in the Old Town, in carrer Sant Martí. During this time we have kept the love for the tradition of the cuisine and the wine, we have combined the respect for the traditional cuisine with the adaptation to our plates of whim.
…where good wines go hand in hand with small cuisine and the art of sharing
This is how I could sum up the culinary philosophy of the Pinot Gastrothèque restaurant.
P. Passion I. Illusion N. Naturalness O. Optimism T. Temperament
Dishes to share, inspired by the product of the Mediterranean cuisine combining tradition with the latest gastronomic trends. We offer vegetarian and gluten-free dishes.
We offer a small selection of pastry shop and a selection of Sandro Desii Italian handmade ice cream.
A good option to taste the Pinot dishes is to try one of the two tasting menus that we prepare from a selection of the dishes from our own menu, accompanied by a good wine and a dessert. (The menus are served for full tables and from two diners).
With a very personal view, we offer a careful selection of wines, cava and champagnes. Be sure to check out the recommended wines and the display of special bottles.
